BNA Quarterly Meeting 8/12/25 7-8 PM

Discussed and finalized agenda with group. Some interest for the future to have candidate forums separate from Quarterly meetings as some in group see the QM's as having a separate purpose than candidate forums or introductions. Noted some difficulties in the practicalities of the building setting up for meetings and will try to correct going forward with the Community Center.

National Night Out

Discussed NNO finalized activities – who is all confirmed and where they will set up. Discussed additional games and where to put them. Possibly obtaining a face painter still. Discussed ambassador role to Mayor and city council members who may attend. Volunteers to arrive at 5:30pm, event starting at 6:00pm.

Don proposed preliminary document to the group. Group discussed standardized appendix as well for PA to use for practical steps every year.
